Yam Bean ...

I bought seeds for these from Eden Seeds. Now I'm wondering whether anyone has grown them before?

I shall sow them shortly and see how they go. I don't even remember why I bought them?

I wonder if there is a breakdown of its carbohydrate content. I also find it odd that it is both a tuber and a legume. I suspect you bought it in drought - would be interested in its progress. Always glad to try new( ancient) species.
