Down to 3C over night. Brrr....

Carrot seeds don't make it rain here. They usually herald a hot/dry spell. Happened to me twice this season! I might try again this weekend. Let's hope the dry spell doesn't come back. You have been warned.

2.4mm for the week still threatening to rain but didn't.I have never seen snow either Lucky, my wish is to make a snow angel one day.
I have been hand watering the new plants I put in recently. Our rain water tank is almost empty Shocked so some serious rainfall is needed as we can't drink the tap water with out filtering it.

I had a lady over in USA make a snowball for me and pop it up on her blog Laughing I said on her comment part how pretty her snow was and we were in the mist of a heatwave. I asked her to make a snowball for me and she did What a Face

Check out the kindness of the lady

LaughingLaughingLaughing @ Lucky's snowball...it would have melted long before it got here!

Well something worked coz it hasn't been over 20C up here for the last few days.

But still no RAIN GRRRR!

Hey Belladonna my rainwater tanks have been empty for a while now and I hate raising seedlings on tap water...they don't do very well at all.

I just want some rain Rolling Eyes

Today was the grand opening of all the new renovations at work so picture the scene chairs outside under the trees ,big wigs and important guests seated and the heavens opened it poured.Laugh (I couldn't stop, until I realised they would now be coming in).So we rushed about like headless chooks frouffing the place up.It has been a long long day and ,if one more thing went wrong I would have screamed.
However tonight I get to sleep in the way I have wanted to for some time, with the sound of rain on our tin roof.
